TNS 397

We spent the day in Siracusa, Sicily. The morning began with assisted climbs, well done natlie, ryan and luke the mountain goat for their big efforts. We then ventured onto the old island that is part of Siracusa where we got a taste of the open air market. The ship set sail at 4 pm, destination Riposta. We started our midnight watch with a view of lava spilling of the side of Mount Etna, Europes biggest volcano, standing an impressive 3000 ft above sea level. Plan to arrive for 9 am. Course 335, North Easterly  winds.
