If you would like to support a charity and get fit at the same time, we have just the challenge for you.

The Bupa 10,000  is one of the biggest races in London and we have signed up to take part on May 31st, Bank Holiday Monday.

The race is a 10 kilometre run, or 6.2 miles, which starts and finishes at St James Park. The route will include famous landmarks such as Westminister Abbey, The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye - a fantastic chance to see the sights whilst supporting a charity.

We can offer just 10 places to our supporters to take part in the race and enjoy this unforgettable day out.

In order to take part we ask for a minimum of £200 sponsorship to help us to continue our mission in 2010.
