Becoming a Friend of the Jubilee Sailing Trust is simple. We only ask for a small contribution of £3 per month from anyone who wishes to support us but, over the course of the year, that sum enables us to fully subsidise an entire night at sea for one person. Those 24 hours could prove to be completely life changing.
Last year, our Friends helped pay for many nights at sea with the JST.
When you become a Friend of JST, or it's ships, you don't just help the JST; you'll gain yourself a little helping hand too. Friends benefit from discounts at a growing list of specially selected partners including Cotswold Outdoor Centre. You'll also receive invitations to exclusive VIP events, as well as receiving a regular Friends newsletter and you'll get to see the voyage brochure before anyone else (so you can take advantage of those early booking discounts).
Join a branch near you
You can give to the JST a lot more than money. You can show your support by volunteering your time. Our branches are regional groups who voluntarily organise fundraising events and help the JST at larger fundraising activities.
Dotted throughout the country, our branches are vital to the success of the JST. A pumpkin festival, golf tournament, auction of promises, mast climb and street party are just some of the imaginative efforts our branches go to, to raise funds and the profile of the JST in their region.
Members of our branches receive support from our offices, and also receive a monthly update via email.
