Since the building of Tenacious, the JST has been trying to finish paying for her building costs. The good news is that thanks to Peter Harrison we are nearly there and the even better news is that with your help and that of 799 other people we CAN achieve this!

If 800 people raise just £1000 in a year for us, the money raised will help the JST continue its mission to change lives.

The reason it is so important to reach this £800,000 goal, is that we are aware that everyone is facing difficult financial times. We want to do everything we can to enable the JST to continue to fulfil its aim of providing sailing for all people for many years to come.

Each year the JST offers life changing experiences on our two tall ships Lord Nelson and Tenacious to nearly 2,000 people.

The 800 Challenge is all about giving it a go, challenging yourself to do something really amazing. If you can raise just £1000 in a year, if you can encourage as many of your friends and family to do so too, your efforts will make a BIG difference. You don't have to raise the money all at once, you can do it:

• At school
• At work
• With your friends

At the end of the year of fundraising as a big thank you, we will invite all 800 participants to an event, to celebrate the amount that everyone has raised.
