James was formerly a partner of Mourant in Jersey, member of the Management Board and Chief Executive of two of its administration businesses. James lives in Jersey with his wife Jane and has two married children. His hobbies include boating and photography. James’ experience of running a global business within a regulated environment gives him a number of invaluable insights which enable him to add value in his role as a Trustee.
Martyn Cuff – Vice Chairman

Martyn has spent 30 years in the investment management and insurance industries operating as a Chief Operating Officer and Transformation Leader. Today he is Global Head of Allianz HR Transformation. Martyn lives with his wife and three children in Munich, Germany.

Emma has over 20 years of experience in Financial Services based in the city of London. Emma is currently Head of Sales Continental Europe at BNP Paribas Securities Services. Prior to this role Emma was Managing Director Global Client Coverage at RBC Investor & Treasury Services. Emma has a degree in Financial Services and lived in London.

Kevin is a former Regional Commercial Director for HSBC and, following a 36 year career in the Banking industry, is now the Finance Director for a large regional aggregate, ready mixed concrete, haulage and property business on the South Coast. He has lived in West Sussex with his family for 22 years. During his time at HSBC he spent many years championing equality and inclusion and with his experience in the financial sector, together with a passion for sailing, is delighted to support the JST through the Trustee Board.

Tom is an ergonomics and usability consultant and is the retired Chairman of System Concepts, one of the largest independent ergonomics and usability consultancies in Europe. Tom is a keen sailor and JST Watch Leader.
Tom is passionate about the JST’s mission and, as a chartered psychologist, knows how important self esteem and confidence (which a voyage delivers in bucketfuls) are to help people overcome life’s challenges.

Runs his own business, Access Unlimited, advising large companies on improving disabled access. Niall lectures on food, wine and accessibility issues. He splits his time between Stratford Upon Avon, UK and the US East Coast.

Mark has almost 40 years of experience in commercial shipping, as a ship’s officer and in management positions ashore. Mark has a degree in Maritime Studies, he is a Fellow of the Nautical Institute, and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Ship-brokers. He provides the JST with expertise and support on areas of ship management and ship operations. Mark is married with 2 children and lives in Hertfordshire.

Harry has a long-standing association with the Jubilee Sailing Trust and has been a life-long supporter. His father was a former Founding Trustee and his mother, Jacquetta, is our current President. Spurred on by his own personal experience sailing with the Trust, Harry founded JST Australia in 2015 and continues as Chairman of the JST’s operations in this country. He is also a Trustee of the JST in the UK.
Outside of the JST, Harry is Chairman of DMP Asset Management Ltd (DMPAM) a Melbourne-based Asset Management firm. Harry joined DMPAM’s predecessor company as Chief Executive Officer in 2001, a role he has continued with DMPAM since 2010. Harry spent 11 years with Mercury Asset Management managing client assets in London, Tokyo and Melbourne. During 6 years in Mercury’s Melbourne office his roles included Manager, International Equities, Head of Australian Equities and acting Managing Director. In 1998 Harry moved to AXA as Chief Investment Officer of Australian operations prior to accepting the role of Chief Executive Officer of DMPAM’s predecessor company in 2001.

Duncan is a former Global Sales Director for ManpowerGroup, a Fortune 500 business services firm, where he was responsible for $6bn of revenues across their footprint of 86 countries and diverse business lines. He was also their global diversity champion. Duncan is life-long sailor and classic car enthusiast. He is also a Trustee of another charity, VCM, which helps disadvantaged students improve life skills through music. He lives in Central London and Winchester.
