We’re calling on our loyal JST supporters to dust off their baking tins and create their very own tall ship! Here’s the best part; we’re going to treat the lucky creator of the best bake with a Day Sail of their choice…you really are baking it to win it!
Whether it’s a sponge, flapjack, biscuit or combination – as long as it’s baked you can enter! So grab your rolling pins and get baking.

Baked by Maggie Barber, this incredible cake was made in celebration of her son Phil’s wedding last year. Phil and Jo actually met on-board Tenacious in 2004, so Tenacious is very close to their hearts! Maggie says…
“The hull was made of fruit cake and the prow and superstructures
were chocolate sponge. It was an interesting challenge, both to make it and then transport it from Hampshire to Scotland for the wedding!”
