LN901 01/08/2016 – Overnight the wind fell light for a few hours before
picking up again from the NW, so that we enjoyed a great sail making 6
knots. The sun was shining, the sails all drawing and the crew happy. It was
just a shame we were not sailing in the right direction. Following Happy
Hour, when all the dirt from Cadiz was scrubbed off the decks, Jim, 2nd
Mate, gave us a talk about sail setting.  By 1900 we were still 120 miles
from the finish line, and heading further away from it, so we clewed up sail
and started the engines. Overnight the stars were out in force and the crew
even saw shooting stars.
