The new voyage crew arrived at 1300hrs. All were introduced to Nelly and found our bunks. Hana chose to sleep in the Crows Nest as she was the naughtiest. She was fascinated by people walking into the ‘Bra’- (dyslexic Bar!). Ollie volunteered to be man-handled up and down the stairs while Charlie was very helpful with the ropes. Daz, meanwhile, is still wearing cookies, Millionares Shortbread; he won’t fall for that trick again.
Captain Simon attempted set sail but due to the strong wind and tide, (and the fact that dinner was almost ready), we moored back at Southampton. High hopes that lunch will not hold us to the dock area tomorrow.
Captain Simon has given the helm over to Ollie who was looking very regal in the The Helm Chair. There is now a plan to try and get him out of it! He does not appear to want to let go of the wheel.
