With 591 miles to go, everyone seems to finally be getting their sea-legs after feeding the fish on several occasions.
Jo still has his eyes peeled for pirate ships and is getting more and more prepared for sword fights as each day goes by.
Some of the watch are very happy now that the first mate, Ali, has shown us what to do with her spanker.
Doing an average speed of 5 knots we should hopefully arrive in Cape Verde on the 26th!
