After a quick happy hour this morning it was time to lift the anchor and move the short distance to the quay. Once alongside we had a talk from a local who gave us all lots of interesting information on the area and things we can see and do. Shore leave was granted and most enjoyed walking around exploring the city, finding a place for a meal and the all-important free Wi-Fi to get in touch with loved ones back home.
Unfortunately the weather is very fickle here, one minute warm sunshine the next torrential rain, this did not however dampen our spirits and once again all enjoyed exploring a new place. Tomorrow we will travel by coach down the coast to Lunenburg, we are looking forward to this as many thought we would not get to see it due to the ship not berthing there.
