LN901 30/07/2016 – In Cadiz, there was plenty of activity, noise, exuberance
and colour surrounding the Tall Ships’ event. Joining day was disjointed as
several flights were delayed, meaning a few crew joined as late as midnight.
However most crew were onboard mid-afternoon and, after brief introductions,
they practiced bracing the yards. Those who had the energy, and there were
quite a number, then set off for a mass Salsa dancing session for crews of
the participating ships. At midnight many crew were still on deck for the
fireworks.
