“It’s our intention to disconnect from the usual transient challenges of our ‘normal’ lives. We will shrug off the demands that can stifle us ashore and immerse ourselves sailing this magnificent ship.”
Captain Darren looks forward to our fourth year in partnership with VMWare and a very special Caribbean voyage.

Our JST and VMWare adventure continues…
Our voyages are all special in their own way, but this is one I particularly look forward to every year. And this year is the fourth year in partnership with VMWare – a partnership I’m incredibly proud to be part of.
What is it about this voyage? It encapsulates everything that the JST is about; equality, adventure, community, togetherness, challenge and fun. If we could somehow bottle the experience it would make for a heady brew that’s for sure, much more of an impact than the potent rum punch that abounds in these islands.
Our VMWare shipmates will be joining us in the tropical Island of Antigua before we set out on our Leeward Islands adventure. Where will we go? Well as always that depends on the weather, but with the steady warm trade wind blowing through these Islands, the weather is most definitely on the helpful side!
One of the many joys of my job as Captain of Tenacious is the fact that we can really go wherever we like during a voyage, we are not bound by any schedule, as long as we get everyone back in time for the flight home that is. One thing is guaranteed wherever we go on this voyage, Blue sky, blue Caribbean seas, sunshine and happiness!
As always with our voyages, it’s our intention to disconnect from the usual transient challenges of our ‘normal’ lives. We will shrug off the demands that can stifle us ashore and immerse ourselves sailing this magnificent ship in these wonderful Islands.
So, keep a weather eye open for blogs and vlogs from this voyage, and we will share with you some of what I’m sure will be yet another joyful VMWare and JST voyage. If the last three trips are anything to go by it certainly will be………
