New Years Eve celebrations on Tenacious started with traditional Spanish Tapas meal with the crew members followed by entertainment
The 4 watch teams were set the challenging task of ‘making something’ with 4 modelling balloons. Despite various secret planning meetings and the use of google, none of the 4 results were likely to be nominated for a Turner prize. Of the 4, 1 partly resembled a ship, 1 totally resembled a ship wreck, 1 resembled 4 balloons and the final attempt resembled 4 of the crew, apparently.
3 members of another watch then produced a piece of rope and with one member stood at each end began spinning the rope with another jumping the middle. It was a while before their colleagues pointed out to them that they had misread the party invite which actually invited them to perform a ‘skit’.
