Early start for aft starboard watch as they drew the short straw for the 3.30am wake up as we prepared to depart anchorage.
As we headed along the Thames estuary there was a secret patisserie mission going on in the galley with pastry chef extraordinare Patrick. The cake in question was being prepared in order to celebrate Tenacious’ 15th birthday later on this evening.
We had a quick happy hour followed by a beast of a feast for lunch courtesy of Micah and the galley staff.
We also had a very special smoko cake this morning to celebrate as Dave, aka uncle albert’s, birthday!
