28th November was the day that we finally left Cadiz having found out that the weather down Casablanca way was too awful for us to go there and anchor. So we are off directly to the Canaries! With the help of our friendly pilot, Captain Simon made a brilliant stage exit with the sun breaking out over us after too many torrential showers. Even happy hour was fun for some. The permanent crew are doing lots of extra jobs to smarten up the ship and we are blessed with a wonderful cook. So all is well!
